What items do you currently offer?

We offer all kinds of girls’ clothing, accessories, and shoes as well as Women's fashion.   All our latest and greatest are available in the Navigation Bar on our site.  You can browse by Collection or shop by size.

What sizes do you carry?

Newborn-14Y on clothing; Newborn-Little Girl on accessories and shoes.

Updated: We NOW offer clothing for Momma too!  Our Women's Sizing is standard US Women's Sizes XS-5XL (depending on the item).  You can find pieces for women here.  

Where will my items ship from?

It depends on the item.  Some are shipped domestically from our boutique in the USA, and some are shipped directly from the manufacturer's overseas warehouse.  Each item’s shipping time and location is listed on the item's description page for easy shopping.

Why not ship everything from the US?

In short, we are a small boutique with little space for a lot of inventory.  Shipping directly from the manufacturer allows us to offer more unique and fashionable finds at a low price point.  There are some fantastic US Suppliers that we work with; however, there are also some wonderful overseas suppliers that offer beautiful inventory.   The shipping may take a little longer (Amazon we are not); however, the selections are beautiful and unique, which we feel makes it worth it!

Where’s my tracking information?

We email you tracking information directly from hello@jadeyscloset.com.  If you haven’t received your tracking information, please check your SPAM folder, before reaching out-as occasionally they are delivered there.  Alternatively, you can skip the worry by adding the above email address into your Contacts list so our emails will arrive straight into your Inbox.  😉

Why does my tracking information look so weird?

Many of our items ship globally directly from our overseas warehouse.  Global shippers often have a lot more steps than domestic (i.e. Customs Clearance, etc.), so it can make the shipping info look lengthy, but they just want to ensure that your goods go through every necessary check and balance to get to you safely.

What happens if I receive a damaged or defective item?

Reach out to us immediately at customerservice@jadeyscloset.com .  We don’t want this to ever happen; however, we know once in awhile it does, and we’ll want to fix this for your ASAP.  We may be able to ship you a replacement, or we may offer you Store Credit, depending on inventory availability.  We will come up with a solution that meets your needs.

Your clothes are so cute!  Will you ever offer boys’ clothes?

Yes…or at least, we hope to sometime in the future.  For now, we are focused on offering unique and fun fashion finds for girls, mommas, and aunties.

How do I return an item?

Email customerservice@jadeyscloset.com with your return request and order information.  Please make sure to reach out within two weeks of receiving your item or we will be unable to accept your return request.  You can read complete information on our Returns Policy and Process here.
