RETURNS
We want you to love the items you purchase; however, we understand sometimes things don’t work out. We offer STORE CREDIT ONLY for all U.S. orders* + no restocking fees! You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return all eligible items.
ITEM CONDITIONS: All merchandise must be unwashed, unworn, and in original condition or will be subject to denial. Swimwear with a protective adhesive strip must be returned in its original form with the protective strip fully attached.
FINAL SALE items are NOT eligible for Returns or Exchanges.
Below are the categories in which your item will be FINAL SALE:
- All Accessories
- Jewelry
- Hats
- Scarves
- Sunglasses
- Fashion Face Coverings
- Final Sale and Flash Sale Items
- Any item that you have had for longer than 14 days after delivery
RETURN PROCESS:
To initiate a return, please email Customer Service at customerservice@jadeyscloset.com. Please include your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return. Upon return approval, we will email you an RMA number, as well as where to send your return.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.
If you are approved, then you will be issued Store Credit in the amount of your purchase minus shipping costs (if applicable) in approximately 3-5 business days.
Please note: customers are responsible for paying the shipping costs to send any items back. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
EXCHANGES
If you need to exchange an item for a different size, please reach out to us at customerservice@jadeyscloset.com. We will do our best to arrange the return of your initial item and the shipping of the correctly sized item.
Please note that we only offer Exchanges for the same item in a different size, if available, and you are only allowed an Exchange 1 Time Per Item. Once your Exchange has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking details.
MISSING PARCELS
If for some reason you have not received your items please let us know within 45 DAYS OF YOUR ORDER DATE. We will do our best to help you locate your items, and get them replaced, if necessary.
If we do not hear from you within the 45 days, then we will assume you've received your items. We cannot be held responsible for any missing items after the 45 day period. It is the customer's responsibility to contact us in a timely manner so that we can address any concerns promptly and effectively.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
We only replace items if they are damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at customerservice@jadeyscloset.com. We will do our best to respond ASAP and get your exchange arranged.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
