At Jadey’s Closet, we strive to get your order to you as quickly and affordably as possible. To offer a wide variety of unique products at competitive prices, items may ship from different warehouses in the United States and internationally.

U.S. Warehouse Shipping

Many of our products ship from our U.S. warehouse. Estimated delivery is generally 5–7 business days after shipment to destinations within the continental United States.

Overseas Warehouse Shipping

Some products ship directly from our overseas warehouse. Estimated delivery is generally 7–15 business days after shipment. Please refer to the individual product description for the estimated shipping timeframe applicable to that item.

Please note: Shipping and delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise. Actual processing and delivery times may vary depending on product availability, warehouse location, seasonal demand, carrier operations, customs processing, weather, and other circumstances beyond our control. An estimated transit time begins once an item has shipped; it does not guarantee the date an order will be processed or dispatched.

Multiple-Item Orders

If your order includes multiple items, they may ship from different warehouses and arrive in separate packages at different times. Tracking information will be provided as available after each shipment is dispatched.

Order Cancellations

Cancellation requests are not guaranteed and must be submitted as soon as possible after an order is placed. Once an order has been processed for fulfillment or shipped, it cannot be canceled under our standard cancellation policy. Please refer to our Returns & Refunds Policy for additional information.
