this company have no communication at all. no tracking on products. no responses to email. ordered this and never received it. A waste of $50.

Hi Mike,

Sorry to hear that you had a poor shopping experience.

I looked into your order and have the following information for you: You placed your order on September 23rd, and your costume was shipped on September 25th at which point you were emailed a tracking number. On October 1st, Customer Service sent you an updated tracking email letting you know that your costume would be arriving soon (that email was never opened). According to the tracking information on your order, your costume was delivered on October 2nd at 12:49pm to your front porch by local delivery service provide UP. They have photo proof of delivery on their website if you put your tracking number in that was provided by Customer Service. Your item has a 7-10 business day delivery timetable, as outlined on the item's description page. Since your order was shipped on September 23rd and delivered on October 2nd, it was delivered on the 6th business day, which is a bit earlier than the expected delivery time table.

On October 2nd, Customer Service responded to your inquiry confirming delivery details (which was also never opened). We recommend that our customers add our customer service email to their SAFE lists so that our email communications are seen and not stuck in any type of SPAM filter (this is also outlined on your order confirmation).

In summary of your concerns:
this company have no communication at all-Customer Service emailed you three different times with order information as well as tracking updates
no tracking on products-emailed to your address that you supplied at check out
no responses to email-Customer Service sent tracking updates along with a personal response to your email on Oct 2nd
ordered this and never received it- tracking confirmation and photo delivery by the delivery company shows delivery took place on October 2nd

Next time please check your SPAM folder before leaving a poor review like this, as our customer service and order fulfillment team worked really hard to give your a positive shopping experience, and adequately addressed all of your concerns from order to delivery.
